On March 4th and 5th, 2024, delegates from five organizations in Italy, Spain, and Poland gathered for an enriching two-day workshop focused on exploring Erasmus opportunities, building cooperation between schools and sports clubs, and empowering youth through sports.
A total of 12 enthusiastic delegates (11 in-person and 1 online) from diverse backgrounds contributed to the lively discussions and shared best practices.
The main objective of the meeting was to exchange ideas and learn about the best practices of each organization regarding the promotion of sport among children and adolescents. Additionally, the existing European opportunities for promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people were explored.

Comprehensive approach to youth sports development by Yamabushi, focusing on body awareness and the role of karate in holistic growth.
The workshop concluded with collaborative discussions, generating valuable recommendations for the US online project manual. Together, we aim to promote healthy lifestyles and sports among young people, leveraging European opportunities for a brighter future.
