The project addresses the inclusion and diversity priority and promotes equal opportunities for engagement in the sports action and reducing entry barriers to the programme for less experienced, grassroots organizations. The project consortium is composed of seven organisations from 3 European countries (Italy, Spain, Poland) active in the field of sport and youth and is dedicated to increasing the capacity of these organisations based on the actual needs identified by the beneficiaries as they lack opportunities to engage in transnational exchanges on the European level in the field of sport and youth.
