Success of Online Healthy Lifestyle Training!

We are excited to share the outcomes of the recent Online Healthy Lifestyle Training held on March 21-22, 2024, with 15 participants from five organizations in Italy, Spain, and Poland. The training aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle among young individuals and discuss the role of sports in intercultural communication and inclusion.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions, including Q&A, group problem-solving activities, and brainstorming. Topics covered included defining a healthy lifestyle per WHO, the link between sports and a healthy lifestyle, and addressing challenges like limited access to sports facilities and cultural barriers.

The second day delved into promoting inclusive physical activity, the significance of the Paralympic Games, and practical examples of sports promotion. Participants also brainstormed on using sports for their next steps.

This project was made possible by the collaboration of organizations from Italy, Spain, and Poland, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
