• Once a payment is completed, confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• Prices may change over time but enrolled learners will not be affected.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided only if:

• Learners may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• A refund is available if the learner has not attended any live class or has accessed no recorded lessons or has not received physical modules.

• If a learner experiences genuine technical problems that make it impossible to attend or access any classes and the issue is verified, a refund may be granted.

• If the learner accidentally enrolls in the wrong course and reports it immediately, a refund or a course transfer may be provided.

• Refunds may be issued if classes are not provided, the course fails to start or there is a major curriculum change without prior notice.

• If the learner is mistakenly charged twice, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

• If the instructor permanently cancels the course and no alternative or replacement is available, the learner is entitled to a refund.

• Special situations such as medical emergencies, relocation or serious personal circumstances may be considered for a refund after reviewing appropriate supporting documents.

• Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Provided
  Refunds are typically not offered if the learner has completed a significant portion of the course, changes their mind after extended usage, faces network issues unrelated to the platform or expresses dissatisfaction without a valid or reviewable reason.

Note: After classes begin or course materials are accessed, refunds may be partially allowed or not allowed depending on policy.

Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel their enrollment anytime but refunds will follow the refund policy* mentioned above.

Live Class Rules

• Be respectful during sessions.

• Do not disrupt or record the class without permission.

• The platform may remove students from live sessions if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Use of Communication Channels

• Users may receive notifications through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the website.

• Users can opt out of promotional messages anytime.

Student Conduct*

Users agree NOT to:

• Upload harmful content (viruses, spam, abusive messages).

• Harass instructors or other students.

• Misuse discussion forums or comment sections.

Limitation of Liability
