- As the artist, I am allowed to refuse or accept the request of the commission before any work is made.

- I WILL NEVER ACCEPT make art for NFTs and AI.

- MY ART CAN'T BE USED FOR AI OF ANY TYPE

- The sheet prices are tentative. The price can vary depending on the complexity and additions for the drawing.

- The client and the artist are working together on the drawing, so, minor changes and fixes are allowed. The constancy of multiple change or huge changes can be charged for additional payment.

- The drawing can be streamed and post in FURAFFINITY and BLUESKY.

- The client can commission a private drawing, but with a additional cost.

- The client can post the commissions but, please, credit the bear artist. The client will be rewarded with a hug!

- How a artist, I have the right to keep some drawings in private, that means, the work can't be posted by the client. If the client doesn't accept the condition, I can refuse the request and I may don't accept more commissions from you in the future.

- Please, be patient with the queue,  I will work fast as I can. When is YOUR TURN, I will let you know. If the client insists too much, I can cancel the commission, and I may don't accept more commissions from you in the future.

- You can communicate with me by BLUESKY, FURAFFINITY, EMAIL and DISCORD. To follow the process and see sketches, I recommend using DISCORD.

- And the most important, BE NICE with the BEAR and the BEAR will be NICE WITH YOU!

COMMISSION RULES

- It's very important have your idea before the request. If you are not clear, DON'T WORRY, we can talk your ideas and take one we both really like. I DON'T BITE, BEARS LOVE TALK!

- It's very important you have ready ther refs of the OCs you want I work with. If you want give me more references of your idea, YOU CAN DO IT. All help is welcome for a great result!

- Please, be sure the OCs refs are yours or you have permmission of them! Is it for a gift? Let's suprise your friend!

- I can draw OCs from other franchises (Super Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Crash Bandicoot, Banjo Kazooie, for say some examples). Do you want hug Bowser? We can do it!

- Your idea should be something simple and easy to understand. We can talk and elaborate it with our chat.

- After we do deal, if I'm currently working in other commission, you will be added in a queue. When I'm ready to take your commission, I will let you know. YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ME RIGHT NOW!

- When is your turn, the commission should be PAID UPFRONT for start to work with your commission.

- For a better communication I will use DISCORD with you. This bear LOVE send you sketches and Discord will be comfortable for both!

- REMEMBER! THE BEAR WILL NEVER BITE YOU! You can talk with me whenever you want!
