By downloading, installing, or using UrSelf (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to this Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.
Personal Data: We collect your email address, age, and gender to create and manage your account and personalize your experience.
Automatic Data: We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance data, which may include device type and OS version but never your email.
Account Management: Email is processed to authenticate and manage your account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): contract necessity).
App Improvement: Crash reports are processed under our legitimate interests to improve stability (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Supabase: Hosts and secures your account data on PostgreSQL with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
Sentry: Provides error-tracking and performance monitoring; only anonymized technical data is sent.
Vexo: Powers workout-program generation algorithms; does not store personal identifiers beyond session tokens.
All personal data is stored in Supabase’s EU-based servers; we implement encryption, access controls, and regular audits to safeguard your information.
We do not sell or share your email with any third parties, except:
Legal Requirements: To comply with legal obligations or court orders.
Service Providers: Limited sharing with Supabase, Sentry, Vexo as described above.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and analogous laws, you have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data; you can delete your account directly in the app.
Withdraw consent or object to processing (where relevant).
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., CNIL in France).
Under CCPA, California residents have the right to know categories of data collected, the purpose, and to request deletion; no data is sold.
App Store: We’ve submitted our “Privacy Nutrition Label” in App Store Connect and provided a privacy policy URL in our listing.
Google Play: We maintain a Data Safety form disclosing our data handling practices and link to this policy in both the store listing and within the app.
UrSelf is not directed to children under 13. If we learn a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data immediately.
We may update this policy; we will post the new version here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
