Academic Year 2022-2023: Accomplishments
1. Mask Competition - Held on November 12, 2022, this event was the organization’s first official activity of the academic year. It encouraged students to express themselves artistically through creatively designed masks, promoting both individuality and fun.
1. Kita, Kita (Blind Date Event) - In collaboration with the College of Education - Student Body, this unique Valentine’s Day event took place on February 14, 2023. It provided students with a lighthearted and exciting opportunity to meet new people in a playful setting, fostering connections and a sense of community spirit on campus.
2. Fun-Fiesta (BTLED Organization Booth) - As part of the 24th Founding Anniversary of URS Cainta on March 16, 2023, the BTLED Organization hosted a vibrant booth and participated in the celebration through various interactive games and activities. The event showcased the creativity and energy of BTLED students, further amplifying their engagement with the wider campus community.
In total, BTLED Organization, led by President Ara Mae L. Ramirez, accomplished three (3) official organization activities, one (1) during the first semester and two (2) during the second semester. Each of these contributed to the reawakening of student involvement and the revitalization of organizational spirit in the post-pandemic period.
Academic Year 2023-2024: Accomplishments
1. Card Craft
Launched: October 7, 2023
In celebration of World Teacher’s Day, this activity inspired students to create heartfelt cards dedicated to their teachers.
2. FB Reels Challenge
Launched: October 9, 2023
This social media initiative aimed to promote the BTLED-IA course and the URS Cainta campus by encouraging students to vlog their daily lives.
3. Opinion Matters Scant to Answer (OMSA)
Launched: October 16, 2023
A unique campus community feedback activity using QR codes posted around the academic building from the 1st to 4th floor to collect BTLED students' insights on various matters.
4. Mask Competition
Launched: November 6, 2023
A revived activity from a previous administration with a new theme, fostering creativity and Halloween spirit.
5. SHEESH (Short Horror Extraordinary Story in the House)
Launched: November 12, 2023
An original storytelling event allowing students to share short horror stories during Halloween.
6. Crafting Sustainability: Handicrafts Through Recycling
Held: November 23, 2023 (Postponed from Nov 17)
The first seminar and a collaborative event with KA.SA.LI., focused on climate change awareness and environmental action through recycled crafts.
7. CAPTURE: Capture the Nature
Launched: November 19, 2023
A nature photography contest to promote appreciation for natural landscapes and resources.
8. Slogan at Heart (Christmas Slogan Making)
Launched: November 29, 2023
Students created digital Christmas slogans to spread kindness and community spirit.
9. Digital Scrapbook
Launched: November 29, 2023
A festive season project aimed at preserving and sharing meaningful memories.
10. Mini Lantern Making Contest
Launched: December 1, 2023
An eco-friendly activity encouraging students to craft lanterns using recycled materials.
1. Delight Spot (College Week Booth)
Dates: January 10-12, 2024
An engaging booth featuring games like Prize Wheel and Darts, along with food, drinks, and key chain items.
2. Vision Board Making Contest
Launched: January 15, 2024
Students created digital vision boards to express their goals and outlook for 2024.
3. Pause, Pose, and Post (Fashion Magazine Cover Making)
Launched: January 15, 2024
A creative contest highlighting students' modeling and editing talents and representing their brand.
4. Ilarawan ang Larawan (Photo Essay Making Contest)
Launched: January 22, 2024
Students created informative essays based on a single image, showcasing critical thinking and visual literacy.
5. Mobile Legends Tournament
Launched: January 24, 2024 | Event Started: January 25, 2024
An online gaming tournament was initiated by student suggestion, promoting camaraderie and recreation.
6. Unbreak My Heart (Poem Making Contest)
Launched: February 6, 2024
A Valentine’s-themed poetry contest allowing students to express emotional depth through writing.
7. Post Heart (Poster Making Contest)
Launched: February 6, 2024
A traditional poster competition with a Valentine’s Day theme.
8. Unexpectedly, Expected (Blind Date 2.0)
Launched: February 18, 2024
A creative Valentine’s event and sequel to "Kita, Kita", rebranded with a new twist.
9. Digi-Art Exhibition
Launched: March 17, 2024
A digital art showcase featuring works from talented student artists across the campus.
10. Info Info (Infographic Making Contest)
Launched: March 17, 2024
An educational competition helping students share strategies for balancing academics and extracurriculars.
11. Battle of the Brains (BTLED Week)
Held: April 16-18, 2024 at URS Cainta, Admin Building, 4th Floor

12. The Art of Visual Communication (Seminar)
Held: April 19, 2024, at Room 103, Academic Building
The second seminar of the organization focuses on poster creation and editing, enhancing visual communication skills.
Under the dynamic leadership of President Edgardo L. Gunda Jr., the BTLED Organization successfully carried out twenty-two (22) diverse and inclusive activities during the Academic Year 2023-2024, 10 in the first semester and 12 in the second. Nineteen (19) of these activities were part of the original action plan, while three (3) were additional initiatives introduced during his term. His leadership emphasized innovation, inclusivity, and student empowerment, leaving a lasting impact and setting a strong foundation for future BTLED leaders.
