I will be taking your negotiations today, Before we take your negotiations there are a few demands that you must have to meet from us is this understood?
One thing we request is that you do not harm the hostage in any way whether that is psychical or verbally, If you refuse to follow this, negotiations will be called off.
Another thing we request is that there are no firearms discharged in this building whether its on purpose or by accident, or negotiations will be called off.
Our last request is that you understand, that if you decide to pull then point firearms toward any officers during this time or during the chase lethal force will be used.
If you fail to meet those demands then negotiations will be called off and we will breach the building.
