Welcome 

Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Uriah A. Tolbert and I am in my 17th year as an educator. I have had the privilege to serve in 3 school districts within the state of Kentucky. I am the father of an amazing 12 year old who is in the 6th grade. I am a proud KY Foster Parent who has served over 40 kids in my home. I also raised my "Godson" whom I am considered Dad and have been for most of his life. He is independently 21 and attended college on a track scholarship at Emmanuel University in Georgia. He has transfered to Western Kentucky University where he continues to run track.
