欢迎使用 UrgeLock（中文名称：止念）。我们重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明 UrgeLock 如何处理你在使用本应用时产生的信息。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

UrgeLock 目前不要求你注册账号，也不会主动收集你的姓名、手机号、邮箱、通讯录、精确位置或身份信息。

你在应用内记录的内容，包括冲动记录、触发因素、类别、强度、结果、备注、每日复盘、编辑历史等，默认仅保存在你的设备本地。我们不会将这些内容上传到服务器。

2. 本地存储的数据

为实现记录、复盘、统计和抵御流程，UrgeLock 会在你的设备本地保存以下数据：

- 冲动记录及编辑历史

- 每日复盘内容

- 自定义类别和触发因素

- 语言设置、提醒设置等偏好

- 与应用功能相关的本地配置

这些数据仅用于在你的设备上提供应用功能，例如首页展示、统计分析、记录详情和复盘回看。

3. 权限使用说明

UrgeLock 可能会请求以下系统权限：

通知权限：用于发送每日提醒、复盘提醒或与你设置相关的本地通知。

如果未来应用中出现相册、相机或麦克风相关功能，我们只会在你主动使用相关功能时请求对应权限。你可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭这些权限。

4. 我们如何使用信息

UrgeLock 使用本地数据仅用于：

- 保存和展示你的记录

- 生成统计信息

- 帮助你回顾触发因素和抵抗结果

- 支持每日复盘和抵御流程

- 保存语言、通知等个人设置

我们不会出售、出租或交易你的个人数据。

5. 数据是否会上传或共享

当前版本的 UrgeLock 不会将你的冲动记录、复盘内容或备注上传到我们的服务器。

除非法律法规要求，或你主动导出、分享数据，否则我们不会向第三方披露你的本地记录内容。

6. 第三方服务

UrgeLock 可能使用第三方开发框架或工具来支持应用界面、图片加载、键盘管理等基础功能。这些工具本身不用于收集你的冲动记录或复盘内容。

如果未来接入数据分析、崩溃统计、订阅支付、云同步或广告服务，我们会在本隐私政策中更新相关说明，并在必要时取得你的同意。

7. 数据安全

我们会尽合理努力保护你的信息安全。由于你的核心记录默认保存在本地设备中，请你妥善保管设备和系统账号。

如果你卸载应用，或清除应用数据，相关本地记录可能会被删除且无法恢复。

8. 数据导出与删除

你可以在应用内查看和管理自己的记录。未来如果 UrgeLock 提供数据导出、备份或清理功能，我们会在对应功能中说明数据处理方式。

如你希望删除本地数据，可以通过应用内功能删除，或卸载应用清除相关本地数据。

9. 未成年人隐私

UrgeLock 面向具备自我管理能力的用户使用。如果你是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用本应用。

我们不会有意收集未成年人的身份信息。如监护人认为相关数据需要删除，可以通过本政策中的联系方式与我们联系。

10. 医疗与心理健康免责声明

UrgeLock 是一款自我记录、习惯辅助和复盘工具，不提供医疗诊断、心理治疗、危机干预或专业健康建议。

Welcome to UrgeLock. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how UrgeLock handles information generated when you use the app.

1. What Information We Collect

UrgeLock currently does not require account registration and does not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, precise location, or identity information.

The content you record in the app, including urge records, triggers, categories, intensity, outcomes, notes, daily reviews, edit history, and similar content, is stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload this content to our servers.

2. Data Stored Locally

To provide logging, review, statistics, and resistance-flow features, UrgeLock may store the following data locally on your device:

- Urge records and edit history

- Daily review content

- Custom categories and triggers

- Language settings, reminder settings, and other preferences

- Local configuration related to app features

This data is used only to provide app functionality on your device, such as dashboard display, statistical analysis, record details, and review history.

3. Permission Usage

UrgeLock may request the following system permissions:

Notifications: used to send daily reminders, review reminders, or other local notifications related to your settings.

If future versions of the app include photo library, camera, or microphone-related features, we will request the corresponding permissions only when you actively use those features. You can turn off these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. How We Use Information

UrgeLock uses local data only to:

- Save and display your records

- Generate statistics

- Help you review triggers and resistance outcomes

- Support daily reviews and resistance flows

- Save personal settings such as language and notifications

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

5. Whether Data Is Uploaded or Shared

The current version of UrgeLock does not upload your urge records, daily reviews, or notes to our servers.

Unless required by law, or unless you actively export or share your data, we do not disclose your local record content to third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

UrgeLock may use third-party development frameworks or tools to support basic app functions such as interface display, image loading, and keyboard management. These tools are not used to collect your urge records or daily review content.

If we introduce analytics, crash reporting, subscription payments, cloud sync, advertising, or similar services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and obtain your consent when required.

7. Data Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information. Because your core records are stored locally on your device by default, please keep your device and system account secure.

If you uninstall the app or clear app data, local records may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

8. Data Export and Deletion

You can view and manage your own records within the app. If UrgeLock provides data export, backup, or cleanup features in the future, we will explain the relevant data handling methods within those features.

If you want to delete local data, you may delete it through app features or uninstall the app to remove related local data.

9. Children’s Privacy

UrgeLock is intended for users who are capable of self-management. If you are a minor, please use the app under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect identity information from minors. If a parent or legal guardian believes that relevant data should be deleted, they may contact us using the contact information in this Policy.

10. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

UrgeLock is a self-recording, habit-support, and review tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or professional health advice.

If you are experiencing serious psychological distress, addiction-related issues, risk of self-harm, or any emergency situation, please contact a qualified medical professional, mental health professional, local emergency service, or a trusted person promptly.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product features, legal requirements, or operational needs. When updated, the new version and update date will be posted on this page.

If an update involves significant changes to data handling, we will notify you in the app or through other reasonable means when appropriate.
