This is a great question and a point of confusion for a lot of folks. We are sorry about that, we don't mean to confuse you but if we didn't put one there at all you would be even more confused.
Our pricing is negotiated and quoted based on an assessment and its analysis
Remember that our promise to you is to provide just what you need. In most cases, your situation will actually require a bundle of services and they need to be provided within your budget. To accomplish this, our services and pricing both must be as flexible and diverse as the flavor of your content.
Every client is different, so every client has their own unique solution
If you go to our Services page what you will see is an A La Carte set of services with price ranges rather than set ones. That's because that page is only there as a kind of menu to give you an idea of the kinds of services we have available and an idea of the range of pricing you might expect to pay if you purchase one as a stand alone item.

Can I afford your services? Yes, you can. It's the reason for the confusion and how we can fulfill our promise to you.

The consultation call will be an assessment designed to gather certain information that we will need to ascertain your actual needs and design at least two possible solutions to choose from. You will be in control of the pricing.
What if I have no money?
That's called "Bootstrapping." You aren't the first nor will you be the last to engage in it. The good news is, we have been through it ourselves. Some of us more than once. We have lots of resources, strategies, playbooks and good old "outside the box" thinking in our toolbox to walk you through yours.
Some parts of your services are through 3rd party vendors?
Yes, we have partner vendors and referral vendors who help us fill out the areas you need that we don't handle. Certain things take special licensing so we partner with them to provide those to you, usually at a reduced cost to you. In some cases we may get a commission from their service but sometimes we don't. It's about making sure you have what you need, not just making money.
Since they are separate services, you will be subject to their pricing and procedures but we choose our partners and referral partners carefully and know that they have your best interest at heart as much as we do so we know they will work with you as best they can, but ultimately, it is your choice and you are as free to decline their help as you are to accept it.
So how does the pricing work?
Once you finish your assessment call, we go to work on the back end. We do a bunch of research on different aspects of your company and markets, analyze a bunch of data, pin point what your needs actually are, then start modeling solution configurations. When we have a set that we think you will like and fit your needs best we present it to you in a proposal. There you will have a minimum of two, usually three or four solutions paths to choose from. There's your pricing choices.
So how do I get started?

The consultation call is all about YOU. Your vision, your passion, your idea, etc. Expect many questions
A few days after your assessment, expect an email with onboarding instructions for your client portal
In your client portal you should find a proposal waiting for your approval
Once you have your proposal, read through it carefully. You will find a selection of solution paths that fit your budget. Select the one that you feel will work best for you.
Based on your selected solution path, find your payment terms and select the payment plan that works for you. You should find that all selections in your proposal will be within your budget and timeline. You're selecting the ones that you like best.
When you are satisfied with the proposal, sign it (electronic signature is legally accepted) and upload it back to your client portal along with any supporting documents you want us to have or use.
Will my documents and data be safe?

This combined approach helps you stay compliant, protect your business reputation, and build customer trust while keeping your attention on growth.
Billing:
Billing will be set by solution path. Some solutions will have milestones to be met along a timeline and billing will be set by those. In others, a subscription or membership model may make more sense. Still others may have specialized terms such as delayed or discounted or prorated billing terms. Again, we keep these options flexible to fit the model of solution we are building around you.
Payments:
From your perspective, we have provided pretty much every possible means for you to make a payment. We can take any credit card, PayPal, Chime, CashApp, Square, Stripe, you name it, we either have it or one of our processors will catch them for you.
Support here will concentrate on support for your business.

If you are a client, you have at least one cell number from our team you can call at anytime in an emergency.
These are during your proposal and contract periods, but what about when your contract is fulfilled?
AfterCare:
AfterCare services are not listed on our Services page (yet, haven't decided whether we want to or not). This is because these are not single or solid services. Rather, these are based on what your business looks like at the end of our contract.
Some will want to join or support our efforts in the agency. Up can talk to one of us or you can go to our Services page scroll down under the services menu and click the button that says Work With Us. It will take you to an application form.
Some will need us for different services along the way such as QC, compliance, coaching, research and so on. Each of those as needed will be discussed and when we have settled on what you need you will be sent an email form to enroll.
Others may only need to call us once in a while when things come up. Similarly, those will be handled by an enrollment form sent by email.
From the very start, our approach to building your business’s technology stack is all about fitting your real operational needs—not just pushing premium solutions. While we do have partnerships with trusted hosting and software providers (and may receive commissions for certain recommendations), our top priority is making sure you’re never locked into costs you can’t sustain. If you’re just getting started or need to keep expenses down, we readily set up your systems using reliable free and open-source tools that help you launch and operate smoothly.
Every tech element we set up is designed to be essential for your workflows—never bloated with unnecessary add-ons. And most importantly, if you ever begin with trial software or free service tiers, we always make sure you’ll be able to keep your business running seamlessly even after a trial expires. Our goal is to help you grow—not just to get you onboarded, but to ensure you stay operational and in control at every stage.

Of course we have responsibilities beyond you such as our own policies, our partner agreements, federal and local laws, etc. We certainly serve them too. But our point here is that you as the client are what we are all about.
We cultivate a servant leadership mentality. What that means is that we lead by example and we lead by serving whomever is before us.
It is actually a very simple concept that is much more difficult to put into practice than meets the eye. Again, humans are complicated.
It was introduced to humanity by Jesus Christ in his teaching where he washed the feet of his disciples (that's why the biblical picture above).
Jesus explained it best when he said, "You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord,' and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you should also wash one another's feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you."
We are not a church or ministry. Rather, this is a sound principle to put into practice and encourage in others. It is also the basis for things like ethics, moral clauses and countless leadership classes and trainings that have nothing to do with Jesus Christ or any religion. The principle is sound.
