Terms and conditions 

All services will be carried out as per the approved design, specifications, and materials mutually agreed upon in writing.

The site must be fully ready for execution, including flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other preparatory works, prior to commencement.

Final measurements will be taken before production begins, and the final estimate will be provided based on these measurements.

Prices are subject to change if the client requests modifications after signing the agreement or after production has commenced.

Orders will be processed upon receipt of a minimum 60% advance payment, with the balance payable as per the agreed schedule.

Any delay in payment during the project will result in the extension of the agreed handover date.

The final payment must be made in full before claiming any applicable warranty.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and GST will be applied as per applicable laws.

The client must provide timely selection of materials, colours, and finishes to avoid delays.

Safe and uninterrupted access to the site must be granted to the service provider’s team throughout the execution period.

Urban Tree Interio shall not be liable for delays caused by client changes, lack of site readiness, third-party contractors, unavailability of materials, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events.

5-year warranty is provided for modular furniture against manufacturing defects from the date of final handover, subject to full payment being received. This warranty excludes damages due to misuse, water leakage, pests, fire, or natural wear and tear.

All designs created remain the intellectual property of Urban Tree Interio until full payment is received. Unauthorized replication of designs is prohibited.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
