UrbanShineAu – Our Commitment to Safe & Professional Detailing

1. Access & Vehicle Movement

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed time.
UrbanShineAu may request permission for the vehicle be moved or repositioned to ensure safe working conditions (shade, space, access to all sides).
If the vehicle cannot be safely accessed or moved, UrbanShineAu reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the service.

2. Water, Power & Location

For mobile services, the client must provide access to water and electricity unless otherwise agreed.
The work area must be safe, legal, and suitable (not on busy roads, unsafe slopes, or restricted areas).
UrbanShineAu is not responsible for delays caused by unsuitable locations.

3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

UrbanShineAu is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, dents, paint chips
- Faded or peeling paint
- Cracked plastics, trim, or leather
- Loose badges, trims, or accessories
Older, neglected, or heavily worn vehicles may show visible imperfections after cleaning.
Any fragile or loose items should be removed by the client before the service.

4. Interior & Personal Belongings

The client is responsible for removing personal items before the detail.
UrbanShineAu is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Excessively dirty interiors (biohazards, mould, vomit, animal waste) may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

5. Results & Expectations

Detailing improves cleanliness and appearance but does not guarantee “like new” results.
Some stains, scratches, and wear may be permanent or only partially improved.
Results vary based on vehicle condition, age, and materials.

6. Time, Delays & Weather

Service times are estimates, not guarantees.
UrbanShineAu may delay or reschedule due to:
- Weather (rain, extreme heat)
- Safety concerns
- Equipment or access issues
Clients will be notified as soon as possible if changes are required.

7. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion, or before the detail,unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to the service.
Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of service in the future unless agreed upon
Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.

9. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

UrbanShineAu reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if:
- The environment is unsafe
- The client behaves aggressively or inappropriately
- There is a risk to health, safety, or equipment
Safety of the detailer and client always comes first.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Booking or allowing UrbanShineAu to begin work confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
