Our Philosophy:

At UHM our therapist implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards real life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a process and not a program: therapy aims at healing the client mentally, behaviorally and emotionally however this requires participation and investment from the client and guardian alike. Good mental health is the ultimate goal for all clients we serve.
