What do I need to bring to my child’s birthday party?

You don’t need to bring anything! You may bring a cake or cupcakes, candles, and presents. All other items can be purchased through the park. Urban Air does not allow outside food, drinks, or coolers.

Can I bring my own decorations/plates/napkins?

Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to do so! We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

When do I need to provide final headcounts for birthday party?

We kindly request that you provide us with the final headcount at least 3 days before the party date. This will allow us to make all the necessary arrangements for your celebration.

How early can I come in to set up for my party?

We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

When can I submit my food order for a birthday party?

As soon as you can but the day of is also okay.

Do you provide invitations to your events? If so are they online?

Yes, we have invitations. They are available online for download and printing. You can check them out at: https://www.urbanair.com/download-birthday-party-invitations/

Does the 10 Participants/children include the birthday child?

Yes, anyone who is jumping counts towards the 10. This includes the birthday party child and any parents who may be jumping. We DO NOT charge for parents, grandparents, or friends to stay and watch. Due to local and state regulations, we may impose restrictions on park capacity, including limitations on spectators.

For Platinum and Ultimate packages, each extra guest above 10 costs $29.99. For the Deluxe package, each extra guest costs $24.99.

What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?

If you are concerned about seating at the table, we recommend having 20 people at most in a party room. If your party grows to larger than 20, we recommend adding an additional room or table for your guests. We also have an option for a Suite that can fit up to 40 kids. Additional fees may apply.

I have some kids that are very young, do we have to pay for them?

Any child who is jumping or accessing any attractions, regardless of age, will need to be paid for.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours’ notice, then you waive the right to the deposit but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event.

If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours’ notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

How much are birthday parties?

We offer three packages: Platinum, Ultimate, and Deluxe, and you can choose to have the party at a table or in a private room. A Platinum party for 10 guests at a table is $479, an Ultimate Party is $439, and a Deluxe Party is $379. A party room is an extra $89. A suite party room is an extra $149 and can accommodate up to 40 guests (limited availability).

What are the different attractions you can play on in the ultimate, and deluxe ticket?

What are the price differences in all the tickets?

Deluxe Pass: $28.99

Ultimate Pass: $33.99

What are the ticket prices?

We have a few packages to choose from. Our Ultimate attraction pass is $33.99. This package gives you access to Sky Rider, Climbing Walls, Leap of Faith, Ropes Course, and all of the Deluxe Attractions. Our Deluxe attraction pass is $28.99. This package gives you access to ProZone, Drop Zone, Dodgeball, SoftPlay, Warrior Course, Basketball, Battle Beam, Runway, and 7-and-Under Zone attractions. I booked a reservation online but I can't make it. Can this be rescheduled or used at another time?

You have the option to perform the update through your online account, or alternatively, you may inform us of your update preferences, and we will handle it accordingly on your behalf.

I bought ticket online but I can't make it. Can I get it refunded?

The online tickets you purchase are valid for a period of 90 days. You can use them at any time during this period. In case you are not able to use your tickets within this time frame, please provide us with your phone number which was used to purchase the tickets and we will initiate a refund for you.

Do I need to purchase tickets online?

Tickets are not required to be purchased online. They can be purchased upon arrival at the front desk.

How much do you charge for an adult?

There’s no cost to be a spectator. If parents want to participate and attend the attractions, it’s 50% off their child’s ticket purchase. For example, purchasing an Ultimate ticket for $33.99 would be $16.99 for a parent ticket.

Can I walk-in or do I have to be buy a ticket online?

Yes, you can walk in. Purchasing online is recomended to save some time when you arrive but it not required.

How long are the passes for?

The passes are all day long but it will be limited to 2-3 hours based on the capacity.

We have no age requirement. The attractions are based on height. We have many different attractions based on the height requirements.

What time do you guys open and close?

Monday -Thursday 4pm-8pm

Friday- 4pm-9pm

Saturday 10am-10pm

Sunday 10am-8pm
