UraCab Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information while registering as a driver partner or browsing on the UraCab Driver Partner mobile application/website (collectively “Site”) and your access/usage of your account at our site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the “Terms of Use”. Each time you access or use our Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms of use, which includes this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may discontinue using the services on our Site.

Note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that are associated or otherwise, with our Site, which we do not control, or to people not under our employment or management. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information that the Company collects about you as a user of this platform. All terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions or the Nagaland On-Demand Transportation Technology Aggregators Rules, 2023 (hereinafter “ODTTA Rules, 2023”). In case of any discrepancy between definitions, the latter shall have precedence.

   Your full name, profile picture, address, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, and any proof of your identity and/or address that we may request. Additionally, we may also collect the aforementioned details of emergency contact person(s).

   Identity proofs, including but not limited to Aadhar Card/Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID, Driving License, Taxi Permit issued under Section 74 or Section 88(8) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, Insurance Policies, Vehicle Registration Certificate, Residence Certificate, and any other document as may be required by any law for the time being in force, which may be amended from time to time.

3. Bank Account Information:
   Details of your bank account, including but not limited to the account holder’s name, account number, bank name, IFSC Code, transaction information & history, and any other information that may be required as and when needed.

4. Trip Information:
   Information about your trips, including pick-ups and drop-off locations, distance traveled.

5. Communications:
   Records and copies of your communications with us and/or the rider and surveys that you complete through the site or on our request.

6. Device Data:
   Data about the devices used to access our services, including hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, device motion data, mobile network data, etc.

   Your device’s type, operating system, unique device identifier, mobile network information, and type of browser.

7. To create travel itineraries and related services, such as rides to the airport, rental car reservations, outstation journeys, etc.

9. For resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems, detecting and protecting UraCab against errors, fraud, and criminal activity.

10. For background verification, either by us or through a third party, including court and police verification.

3. Communicating with you about bookings and payments.
