"Helpful Service and Fast Delivery – A Pleasant Experience"
I recently ordered Wisal-Da_Wahab from UR Fragrance Shop, and I’m happy to say the customer service was quite good. The website was easy to navigate, and placing the order was smooth and hassle-free. I received a confirmation message quickly, which gave me confidence in the process.
The delivery was on time — actually arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The product was securely packed, and the bottle was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no damage or leakage.
I had a small query about the ingredients, and I reached out to their customer support via WhatsApp. They responded within a few hours and were polite and informative. It’s nice to see a brand actually care about customer queries.
One suggestion would be to offer a little more product information on the website — like notes or strength level — especially for those new to attars.
Overall, my experience with UR Fragrance Shop was smooth and satisfying. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to trying more of their attars soon.
