The Lifetime Achievement Award of the UP X-Ray Technicians Association is presented to honor professionals who have dedicated their entire careers to excellence, integrity, and selfless service in the field of radiology and medical imaging.

This prestigious award recognizes individuals whose continuous efforts, technical expertise, and ethical values have significantly contributed to improving healthcare services across Uttar Pradesh.

Through this award, the Association expresses deep respect and gratitude for their lifelong commitment to the profession and society.

The purpose of this award is to promote high standards of professionalism, technical excellence, and ethical conduct among X-Ray and imaging technicians.

We aim to encourage leadership, continuous learning, and social responsibility in healthcare services.

By honoring outstanding individuals, we inspire young professionals to serve patients and society with dedication and honesty.

To be considered for the Lifetime Achievement Award, the nominee must fulfill the following criteria:

• Minimum of 20 years of continuous professional service

• Active contribution to radiology and imaging services in Uttar Pradesh

• Strong reputation for ethical and responsible conduct

• Membership of UP X-Ray Technicians Association

• Involvement in training and mentoring junior technicians

• Contribution to professional development programs

All nominations are carefully reviewed by a qualified and independent Selection Committee appointed by the Association.

The evaluation is based on professional achievements, service record, leadership qualities, ethical standards, and social contributions.

After detailed verification and discussion, the final recipient is approved by the Executive Committee.

This transparent process ensures fairness, credibility, and respect for the profession.
