Upwell Isle FP7 runs from Dovecote Farm entrance, walk past the two farm houses and turn right to follow the field margin. Head towards the cross section which leads towards a way-marker.Past the sign, leaving it on your right. Follow close to the side of the large hedgerow-parallel with Workhouse lane. In to the corner of the field, turn left along the Welle Creek towards the next way-marker and the lock in the distance. You will find another way-marker leading you on to farmland. Please have respect for this narrow footpath along side the crops. Between the next two fields you will find a narrow Stow way - This is not currently marked and has a large dyke either side, so take care..
