Membership Nominations

Membership in DKG is by nomination and invitation. Current members can nominate women who they feel meet the standards of DKG. 

In order to nominate someone for membership in the Upsilon chapter of DKG, you need to do TWO things:

1. Complete and submit the short form found on this page. 

2. Download and complete the DKG Chapter Member Application form and deliver it to Membership Chairperson, Mary Brooks OR scan the completed form and  email it to Mary Brooks.
