How long is the show, and are there any breaks?

Upside Down Universe runs for approximately 90 minutes without intermission. We've designed the experience to be immersive and continuous, allowing you to fully engage with the evolution of Earth through music and visuals.

Wheelchair Access?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, with specific seating areas designated for wheelchair users and their companions.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)?

ALDs are available upon request at the venue to enhance the audio experience for those with hearing impairments.

Sign Language Interpretation: Available by request. Please contact our box office at least two weeks prior to the event to arrange sign language services.

Visual Aids?

Descriptive audio services and braille programs are also available upon request.

What safety and COVID-19 measures are in place?

The health and safety of our audience, performers, and staff are our top priorities. We adhere to the following safety protocols:

• Enhanced Cleaning: Regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces before and after each performance.

• Ventilation: Improved air filtration and ventilation systems to ensure air quality is maintained.

• Mask Policy: Depending on the current health guidelines and laws at the time of the performance, masks may be recommended or required. We will update our ticket holders with any changes to our mask policy closer to the event date.

• Vaccination and Testing: We encourage all attendees to be fully vaccinated. We may require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result for entry, based on prevailing public health guidelines.

• Hand Sanitizer Stations: Available throughout the venue.
