Limited Warranty

Due to concerns regarding improper home installation of our rebuilt units, at this time we cannot warranty any transmissions unless installed by an authorized service member of Up-Shift Gears. All used transmissions come with a 90 day limited warranty. New and Rebuilt Transmissions come with 6 month limited warranty (Must be installed by Up-Shift Gears to redeem warranty. 

Are you aware that after having your transmission replaced it may shift irregularly for the first 200 miles? In our line of business we call this the transmission relearn process. After a transmission rebuild your transmission control module will make automatic adjustments to the mechanical changes made within the transmission and customize its settings to your driving habits. If you see any leaks or have any concerns after the 200 mile relearn process please bring your vehicle back to us right away or your warranty will be voided. Warranty does not include "Hard Parts" Defined as follows: The transmission hard parts aren't designed to wear out, but they can fail, and these include things like pumps, valve bodies, external cases, planetary gears, drums and differentials for vehicles with front-wheel drive.
