One of your biggest resources as a runner is your chassis. What Is your chassis? It's the structures of your body (muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints) that all you to withstand the demands of running and also perform at a high level. The UPREP routines should be done as followed:
Monday - Friday: Runners should start do Core, Band Work and Warmup prior to running.
Satuday: We just do the warmup and then run. This is due to the fact that the long run takes a lot of time.
Every Day: You should follow up your running with the Mobility Work
