Northern Athletic League (NAL)

6 Schools = UPREP, Anderson, CV, Lassen, West Valley, Yreka

The championship will be determined by center meets plus the League finals. In center meet competition, zero (0) points shall be awarded for an incomplete team, then one point for each team beaten in the meet. Two (2) points shall be awarded for every team defeated in the NAL League Finals. A team must complete the League schedule in order to win the championship. If a tie occurs, each team shall be declared Co­-Champion.

NAL Meets

Each year there are 3 NAL Meets (2 center meets & 1 championship). The first meet and the championships are always held in the same location and the center meet 2 is hosted at a different NAL school. The overall locations change each year rotating alphabetically.
