We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) or any State/Central Government entity. All notices, circulars, and result links provided within the app are gathered from the official public domain (such as https://upmsp.edu.in) solely for the educational convenience of students.

2. Zero Personal Data Collection

We respect your privacy. Our application does not require user registration, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or device identifiers.

3. Permissions & Third-Party Services

To provide our core functionalities, the app requests the following:

Storage (Read/Write): Strictly used for the "Downloads Collection" feature to allow you to download official PDF notices for offline viewing. This data remains locally on your device.
Internet & Network State: Required to fetch real-time board feeds, notices, and load web portals.
Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications about new board notices. You can manage or disable these alerts through your device settings.
Third-Party Services (Firebase): Our app uses Google Firebase to provide real-time updates and push notifications. Firebase may collect basic device information (such as IP addresses or device tokens) to ensure these services function correctly. This is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use any advertising identifiers or tracking SDKs to profile users.

4. Web-Views and External Links

Our app acts as a browser to display official result portals and circulars using Web-Views. When you navigate to these sections, you are interacting directly with third-party public websites. We do not track your activity on these portals, nor do we control their cookies or privacy practices.

5. Data Security

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no risk of your information being breached from our end. All downloaded PDFs and saved documents are stored locally in your device's storage, which you can manage or delete anytime via the app's interface.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is designed as a study aid for students. Because we do not collect any personal data, we are in full compliance with children's online privacy protection standards.
