upliNK is designed to operate entirely on your device. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data.
Specifically, upliNK:
Does not require user accounts.
Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information.
Does not track user activity.
Does not use analytics services.
Does not use advertising networks.
Does not collect device identifiers.
Does not transmit user data to any external servers.
upliNK allows users to import rowing data files, including files generated by NK SpeedCoach devices and NK Empower Oarlocks.
All imported files and any data derived from those files are processed and stored locally on the user's device. Data is never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server operated by upliNK.
upliNK does not access, analyze, or retain any user data outside of the user's own device.
upliNK does not use third-party services for analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud-based data collection.
All app data, imported files, settings, calculations, visualizations, maps, and analysis results remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share information using features provided by their operating system.
upliNK has no ability to access, view, retrieve, or delete data stored on a user's device.
upliNK does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults because no personal information is collected by the app.
Because all data remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to upliNK servers, users maintain direct control over their information. Users are responsible for securing access to their devices and any backups they create.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and publishing the revised Privacy Policy.
