UPlayGames ("we," "us," or "our") operates the IT Tycoon mobile game.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and
shared when you use IT Tycoon.
1. Information IT Tycoon Stores Locally
IT Tycoon stores gameplay information on your device so the game can
save your progress and settings. This may include information such as
game progress, cash, reputation, upgrades, employees, clients, unlocked
content, timers, and other gameplay state.
UPlayGames does not require you to create an IT Tycoon account to play
the game, and the game is not designed to directly collect your name,
mailing address, phone number, or payment-card information.
Local game data may also be included in device backup or restore
features provided by your operating system or device-account provider.
Those backup services are controlled by the applicable platform
provider rather than UPlayGames.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
IT Tycoon uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide optional rewarded
advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional gameplay features;
normal game progression is designed to remain available without
requiring a rewarded advertisement.
Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect
and share information including:
IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a
device;
app and user interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video
views;
diagnostic information related to the performance of the app and the
advertising SDK; and
device or account identifiers, including advertising-related
identifiers when available.
Google may use this information for advertising or marketing,
analytics, and fraud-prevention or security purposes. Information
collected by Google's advertising services is handled according to
Google's own privacy policies and terms.

3. In-App Purchases
When in-app purchases are enabled in IT Tycoon, purchases are processed
through Google Play. UPlayGames does not receive or store your full
credit-card or payment-card number.
Google Play may provide IT Tycoon with purchase-related information
needed to verify a transaction and provide purchased content, such as a
product identifier, purchase state, transaction or purchase token, and
entitlement status.
Payment processing and payment-account information are handled by
Google under Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
4. How Information Is Used
Information handled through IT Tycoon and its service providers may be
used to:
operate and maintain the game;
save and restore gameplay progress;
provide optional rewarded advertising;
provide and verify in-app purchases when enabled;
measure app and advertising performance;
diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems; and
detect fraud, abuse, or security issues.
5. Sharing of Information
UPlayGames does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers that are
necessary to operate IT Tycoon, including Google services used for
advertising and Google Play services used for distribution and
purchases. These providers process information according to their own
privacy policies and applicable agreements.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process,
or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to
protect users, UPlayGames, or others from fraud, abuse, security
threats, or harm.
6. Data Security
UPlayGames uses reasonable measures intended to protect information
handled by IT Tycoon. Data transmitted by Google services is generally
protected in transit using industry-standard encryption such as TLS.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be
completely secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress stored locally remains on your device until it is
deleted by the game, removed by clearing the app's data, removed by
uninstalling the app, or restored or retained through device backup
mechanisms.
Because IT Tycoon does not currently require a UPlayGames account,
UPlayGames does not maintain a separate player-account database that a
user must request to have deleted.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob and
Google Play is retained according to those providers' applicable
retention policies.

8. Third-Party Services
IT Tycoon may use third-party services supplied by Google, including:
Google Play;
Google Play Billing; and
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.

their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
UPlayGames may update this Privacy Policy when IT Tycoon changes, when
third-party services change, or when legal or platform requirements
change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be
updated when the policy is revised.
