Responsibility

Point Based System

• Members will have a score that will effectively determine the legitimacy of their membership.
• Similar to a credit score, the more points one has, the greater chance they have at earning leadership positions and incentives while losing points can lead to punishment.
  • To earn points, members can (but not limited to):
    • Regularly attend meetings
    • Attend Regional Conferences
  • To lose points, members may have (but not limited to):
    • Unexcused absences
    • Behavior issues (verbal and physical)
    • Commitment issues

How Points are Given and Taken Away

Points Awarded

• +10 points are awarded for attending a meeting
• +20 points for attending regional conferences
• +15 points for attending a community service event
• +30 points for winning an individual/team award

Points Taken Away

• -15 points are given for having an unexcused missed meeting
• -25 points for behavior issues (verbal and physical) or can result in being let out of the club
• -20 points for commitment issues (will be issued at advisor's discretion)
