This privacy policy applies to the UPI Soundbox mobile application (the "Application"). The Application's primary function is to read and announce payment notifications received from UPI apps (like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm) out loud. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

2. Information We Collect

a) Notification Access (Local Processing)

• The App reads payment-related notifications (e.g., UPI transaction alerts) to generate sound alerts.

• Your payment history is stored only on your device and is never uploaded. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

• Announcements are produced by your phone's Text-to-Speech engine. No audio is recorded or sent anywhere.

b) Analytics and Diagnostics (Third-Party)

• We use Google's Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

• Which collects analytics data such as:

  • App version and device model.

  • Crash logs.

  • General usage statistics.

• Purpose: This helps us improve performance, reliability, and feature quality.

c) Advertising Data (Third-Party)

This app contains advertisements. By using the app, you consent to the display of ads and the collection of related data by third-party advertising partners.

• Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob) collect data, including the Advertising ID, for ad targeting and measurement.

3. Third-Party Services

• Data collected under 2(b) is non-personal and used only for internal analysis.

• The voice announcement uses your device's local Text-to-Speech (TTS).

4. Opt-Out

• You can stop ad personalization via your device's Advertising ID settings. You can stop all data collection and processing by uninstalling the app.

5. Your Rights

• You can revoke notification access at any time through your device’s Settings → Notifications → Notification Access.

• You can also uninstall the App to stop all processing immediately.

6. Children’s Privacy

• The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

• The latest version will always be available on our website or app store listing. Your continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any updates
