Alpha Omega Epsilon (AΩE) is a social and professional organization that fosters lifelong bonds of sisterhood. Alongside embracing all aspects of a traditional social sorority, we are uniquely dedicated to the advancement of women in STEM. Our members are encouraged to exemplify integrity, character, honesty, and self-confidence, while promoting unity, leadership, friendship, and professionalism.

Objectives

1. To create friendships while promoting self-confidence, professionalism, and motivation among female engineers and technical scientists of all curricula

2. To work for the betterment of the individual and the Sorority as a whole.

3. To create a friendly and warm environment among its members.

4. To promote the welfare and interest of the profession.

5. To strengthen the relationships between students and faculty.

6. To enhance educational achievements and scholarship.

7. To help develop the highest standards of personal integrity and character.

8. To foster and maintain the bond of sisterhood through a continuing program for the alumnae.

1. We value friendship by being loyal to each other, caring for each other and recognizing the value inherent in each individual member

2. We value the effect that positive leadership has on our Sorority and provide opportunities for leadership to develop and flourish.

3. We value the professionalism of our members as we treat each other with the dignity and respect each of us deserves.
