It's not easy to talk about yourself. To do it well, you need someone who listens, reads between the lines, and helps you craft a message that sells. That's where I come in. As a local website designer, I help small businesses across the US look good, become simple to find, and easier to understand.
I take the time to listen to your "voice" and craft a compelling story about why customers should want to work with you. This collaborative process can help identify opportunities to compete for business. From there, I make informed recommendations on how to make your business easier to find in web searches and simpler for customers to understand.
I've worked in marketing and website design for more than 20 years, including: HOAs, community management, business networking, home construction, private aviation, insurance, and internet sales. My work includes websites, online storefronts, magazines, advertisements, brochures, logos, and fine art prints. And I've written magazine articles, blog posts, and how-to guides. As a result, I bring a well-rounded perspective to projects.
My experience with homeowner association websites is unique. I've been a homeowner in an HOA, served on a Board of Directors, and worked for a community management firm. These experiences give me an unusual insight into HOA websites and the needs of their communities.
I have a BS degree in English with minors in Computer Studies and Graphic Design, so I speak human and computer. I grew up in Montana, went to college in Nebraska, and I've lived in Colorado for eight years. I currently live and work in Como, Colorado.
