The UP Catandungan Los Baños (UPCatLB) is a duly recognized varsitarian-oriented organization at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. UPCatLB aims to promote academic excellence, social commitment, solidarity, and human resource development among its members. UPCatLB also desires to selflessly serve the province of Catanduanes, the university, and the country.

With the meeting of 15 Catandunganon UPLB students on July 5, 1993 at the Student Union Building, the UP Catandungan Los Baños was founded. In 1996, it was reconstructed and reorganized from a socio-civic organization to a varsitarian-oriented organization. After 32 years, the organization strives and continues to live up to its utmost objectives.
