The Athlete Wellbeing Application is a bilingual (English/French) web app developed for a soccer coach at CEPEO École secondaire publique in Ottawa. It addresses a communication gap where teenage athletes aged 14–19 were reluctant to voluntarily share wellness information affecting their training. Athletes complete a daily check-in in under 60 seconds, reporting sleep quality, fatigue, muscle soreness, mental stress, and mood through an intuitive interface featuring an interactive body map. Coaches access a structured dashboard displaying individual and team wellness trends, risk flags, and pattern alerts to support better-informed training decisions
