This project focuses on enhancing the existing National Indigenous Climate Compass (NICC) web application to prepare it for real-world use in Indigenous communities. It builds on existing features such as community management, outreach coordination, and wildfire mapping, with the goal of improving performance, reliability, and usability. Through targeted optimizations, we aim to deliver a practical and scalable solution that effectively supports community needs.
