New Product Development (NPD) projects operate under high uncertainty, frequent iteration, and evolving objectives, making them poorly supported by traditional project management tools. This project aims to design and develop a decision-support dashboard tailored specifically for NPD management. Built using Power BI and integrated with a MySQL database, the dashboard will consolidate data across timelines, costs, risks, resources, and performance indicators to provide real-time visibility and actionable insights. By aligning with industry best practices and academic research, the prototype supports informed decision-making, adaptive planning, and efficient resource allocation for program managers and executive stakeholders.
