This project focused on transforming Pleora's Excel-based Return Map process into a centralized Power BI dashboard. The solution integrates multiple business data sources, including Return Map workbooks, Salesforce actual sales, Forecast data, BambooHR project hours, and Business Case assumptions, into a single reporting environment. The goal of the project was to reduce manual reporting effort, improve visibility into product performance, and create a scalable framework for future Return Map automation.
