Dr. Cho (she/her) is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon. She aims to conduct research that makes effective, evidence-based care the standard of care for youths and families. She has a particular interest in supporting providers to practice evidence-aligned clinical decision-making with families in routine settings..
Dr. Cho received her Ph.D. in clinical child psychology at the University of Missouri where she received training in mental health services research and evidence-based practices for common youth mental health concerns (i.e., anxiety, depression, trauma, conduct). She completed her predoctoral internship at the UCLA Semel Institute in the Stress, Trauma, and Resilience Track, and her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University's Lab for Youth Mental Health.
