1. Order and Waitlist:

• I will not accept comms that do not provide clear images/references of the characters. Please submit clear image documents (gallery links such as dA stash, Imgur, Toyhouse, and Google Drive links) and information about the personality and expressions you want for the character.

• I reserve the right to decline your order if I feel unable to fulfill it or if any aspect of the character makes me uncomfortable. Please understand that this is not personal; my goal is to maintain the quality of all my drawings. If you push me to take your order, I might have to put you on the blacklist and block you. 

• I do NOT reserve any waitlist slots due to my heavy schedule. This is not negotiable.

2. PAYMENT:

• TransferWise and/or Vietnamese bank. (1 USD ~ 25.000 VND, starting from 08/2025)

• I don't recommend using PayPal due to the high fee, but if that is your only payment method, please discuss it with me.

• Once you get the total price of the commission order, please pay 20% of the total amount before I work on the sketch. (3 days)

• After receiving the sketch and revision, please pay the full amount within one week. If you cannot proceed with the full payment on time, I will cancel the commission and not refund the 20% payment you made. 

• For Gacha/SKEB/Surprise me, you have to pay 70% to 100% upfront instead of 20%.

3. DEADLINE: 

• Please suggest a deadline if you order comm as a gift. I will update the process as often as you want (via private messages).

• Turnaround time (TAT): minimum 1 to 2 months on one piece of artwork. MAX is 3 months, but I will update my circumstances if anything happens on my side. Please DO NOT rush the commission or spam my DM. 

4. FEEDBACK:

• Please provide your feedback within one week to ensure that the commission is delivered on time. If you miss this deadline, you may incur an extra fee of 2% of the total for each day you are late, or your commission slot might be canceled.

• The maximum limit for editing a sketch is three times. I will cancel the order if you cannot provide detailed feedback and/or push me to change tiny details multiple times.

5. EXTRA FEES AND OFFERS:

• Commercial comm will have an additional fee. Please discuss this with me in DM before submitting a commission order form.

Special offer: Newly debuted Vtuber will not get x2 fee for one piece of commission art. 

• You have the right to use comm art for personal purposes (private printing) and post it to the character's gallery with credit, but you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. How do I know when you're opening commission?

• I will announce my social media pages 3 days - 1 week before I accept commission orders again.

2. What type of commission can I get in one form?

• Each form is one specific type of commission. You cannot get two different commission types in a comm batch. If I open chibi commission batch, the commission form will be for chibi comm only.

3.  What is your work hour?

• 11 AM-5 PM (GTM-5), from Monday to Friday. This schedule only works until July 2025.

• After July 2025: same time but different timezone (Vietnam, GTM+7)
