University of Toronto Tennis club

UTTC is the official tennis club at the University of Toronto. The UofT Tennis Club (UTTC) focuses on promoting the sport of tennis. The club offers a setting for the university's students, faculty, alumni, and staff to share their love for tennis. We strive to provide members with an opportunity to play tennis, improve their game, and enjoy the experience. Both competitive and recreational tennis exists among the weekly practice sessions, and seasonal tournaments offered, providing an avenue for people of all levels to join.

In Summer 2022, we offer weekly in-person practices, tennis stringing services, and group tickets to the National Bank Open.

In the 2022-2023 year, we have many events and programs planned:

• Outdoor practices throughout September and October (plus in the Summer)

• Indoor practices from November to April (similar fees to this year)

• UTTC vs other university club matches (Western Tennis Club, Waterloo Tennis Club). Introducing the Ontario University Tennis Club Championship. (January)

• UofT Tennis Club Championship (September / October)

• In-person streaming socials during the Australian Open (and other major tennis events)

• National Bank Open discounted rates + volunteer opportunities

• Creating a new, modern website for club members and the UofT community.

• Accessing discounted rates and group prices for tennis gear

• Expanding our stringing services to offer the most convenient, affordable, and highest quality stringing service for UofT students.
