Please sign in upon arrival at the Mitchell Hall Lobby. You must provide the Student Participation Form for all students participating in an in-person event. You will also be welcomed with a token of our appreciation including an invitation to the Teacher Hospitality Room.
Performance Event Sign-In
Mitchell Hall Lobby (Second Floor)
Events: Costumes, Dance, Music, Poetry Recitation, and Research Project Presentation
Pick up a judging form at the Mitchell Lobby Registration table. Arrive to your event at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. Sign in with the judge in order to determine presentation order.
Exhibit Halls
8 AM - 2 PM
Visit 10 of our exhibitors to be eligible for door prizes given away starting at 2:15 PM in the Mitchell Hall Auditorium (MI 200).

RED fitness: Rhythm, Exercise, Dance!
1 PM - 2 PM | Mitchell Hall 325
RED fitness is a holistic and cross-cultural health and wellness program and experience that encompasses mindfulness, aerobic and anaerobic exercise, dance, and education to better integrate the mind and body and the individual and collective. Open to all, to improve social conditions by targeting individual health and wellness goals and fostering cross-cultural exchange. This class will be instructed by Dr. Diana Ruggiero, Associate Professor of Spanish (diana.r@memphis.edu).

2:15 PM | Door Prize Drawings Begin
Students who complete the Door Prize Card can be eligible to win a variety of door prizes including a $100 gift card to Memphis Escape Rooms and $100 gift card to Amuse - The Adventure Museum.
2:30 - 3:30 PM | Mitchell Hall Auditorium (MI 200)
