The Banking Research Group at the University of Bristol Business School is pleased to announce the 9th Bristol Workshop on Banking and Financial Intermediation. We invite the submission of high-quality theoretical and empirical papers on topics related to banking and financial intermediation. This one-day workshop will feature a select number of papers to foster ample time for discussion, creating a stimulating environment for meaningful exchange. Each paper will have an assigned discussant.

Submission deadline: January 31, 2026
Please email your paper in PDF format to banking-workshop@bristol.ac.uk by January 31, 2026. Authors of selected papers will be notified by the end of March, 2026
