The closest parking option is the Millrace Drive Garage, located near the Knight Campus. Attendees should allow extra time to park and walk to the event venue. Additional parking details and any event specific parking instructions will be posted closer to the event date.
Hotels
A limited hotel room block has been reserved for Biomaterials Day attendees at Hayward Inn for November 5–7, 2026. Rooms are available at a discounted group rate of $129 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
To reserve a room within the group block, please call the Hayward Inn front desk at 541-485-2727 and ask to book under the “Biomaterials Day” group block.
Reservation deadline: October 16, 2026
Attendees are encouraged to reserve early, as the room block is limited to 25 rooms.
