Unzip (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Unzip mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use our Service.

Unzip is primarily an offline file extraction and file management utility. We do not require user registration and do not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly stated in this policy.
Unzip does not request, collect, or store personal information such as name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
All compressed files (ZIP, RAR, 7Z, etc.) and extracted content processed through the app remain stored locally on your device.
Unzip does not upload, store, or access your files outside the app’s intended functionality.

Files and folders stored on your device
Files selected through the iOS Files app
Media files, if selected for extraction or management
Access is limited strictly to the files you choose to open or extract.
We do not scan or transmit files in the background.
Unzip offers optional premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID.
Unzip does not receive or store payment or billing information.

Refunds are governed solely by Apple’s App Store policies.

This data is anonymous and used only for diagnostics and service improvement. It cannot be used to identify individual users.

Push notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time through your device settings.
Notifications are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Unzip does not use cookies or web-based tracking technologies.
Any third-party SDKs integrated for analytics or crash reporting operate under their own privacy standards and are limited to non-personal technical data required for app functionality.
Access to premium features via In-App Purchases is subject to Unzip’s End User License Agreement (EULA), which defines:

In case of conflict, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement shall prevail.
