1. Introduction

UNUTMA ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal productivity app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

UNUTMA does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your notes, lists, routines, vault content, and activity logs remain entirely on your device. We have no access to your content.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Local storage only: Your notes, lists, routines, vault content, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers.

Account data (optional): If you create an account for sync, we store your email and a secure hash of your password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Crash reports (optional): We may use Sentry for anonymized crash and error reports only. No personal content, no tracking. You can disable this in app settings if available.

Analytics (optional): We use Firebase Analytics to track anonymous app usage data such as screen views (which screens users visit most), app sessions (how long users spend in the app), and basic device information (device type, OS version) to understand user behavior and improve the app experience. This data is fully anonymized, does not include personal information, location data, or any content from your notes/lists. You can opt-out in app settings.

In-app purchases: Processed by Apple or Google. We receive only purchase confirmation, not payment details.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide and improve the app: to enable features, sync your data if you use an account, send reminders, and fix bugs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

5. Data Security

Vault content is encrypted on your device. We use strong local encryption to protect sensitive data. We do not have access to your vault contents.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, most of your content is under your control. Delete the app or clear app data to remove everything. 7. Children

UNUTMA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
