1. Introduction

UNUTMA ("we", "our app") is a personal productivity app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains where your data is kept and how the app processes it only on your device. We do not collect your personal content on our servers.

2. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

UNUTMA does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your notes, lists, routines, vault content, and activity logs remain entirely on your device. We have no access to your content.

3. Data on your device and optional backup

Local storage only: Your notes, lists, routines, vault content, and settings are stored on your device only; they are not uploaded to our servers.

Optional local profile: You may keep a display name on your device only; it is not sent to us.

Optional backup: You may export your data as an encrypted file and save it wherever you choose (e.g. Google Drive, iCloud, or on your device). That backup is between you and the service or storage you pick; we do not access the backup file.

In-app purchases: Processed by Apple or Google. We receive only purchase confirmation, not payment details.

4. How data is used on your device

We do not collect personal content on our servers. Data is used only on your device to run the app: features, reminders, and local processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

5. Data Security

Vault content is encrypted on your device. We use strong local encryption to protect sensitive data. We do not have access to your vault contents.

6. EU/EEA and GDPR (information only)

If you live in the European Union or European Economic Area, data protection rules (GDPR) include certain rights; we mention this briefly for legal transparency only. Unutma does not keep your personal content on our servers — it stays on your device. When you uninstall the app or clear its data, deletion happens automatically, so you do not need to contact us separately to exercise those rights.

7. Children

UNUTMA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
