Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Incorporated at The University of North Texas at Dallas.

On April 9th, 2016 the UNT Dallas Colony earned Chapter status and thus became known as the "Pound For Pound" Mu Epsilon Chapter. Since establishing the entity of Sigma Lambda Beta to UNT Dallas, the Mu Epsilon Chapter has expanded upon its Brothers and resources since being founded and has been recognized for countless awards throughout the years from both their accomplishments in and out of the University.
Joel "Escanor" Almaguer
Provides overall leadership and direction for the chapter by ensuring all constitutional and organizational obligations are fulfilled. Presides over meetings, coordinates the work of officers and committees, represents the chapter to university and national partners, and guides strategic planning to achieve chapter goals while managing risk and oversight of operations.
Brandon "El Pina" Hernandez
Supports chapter leadership by overseeing internal affairs and assuming presidential responsibilities when necessary. Monitors internal committees and events, manages organizational operations, and supervises brotherhood and scholarship initiatives while helping maintain structure, accountability, and policy implementation within the chapter.
Jorge "Endeavor" Cerda
Leads the planning and execution of chapter programming and external engagement. Oversees cultural awareness and community service initiatives, manages committees related to outreach and public image, and ensures events align with the fraternity’s mission and standards while strengthening the organization’s presence on campus and in the community.
Jordan "Kien" Tran
Manages all financial matters of the chapter by collecting dues, maintaining accurate financial records, and authorizing payments with proper approval. Prepares budgets, reports financial updates, oversees fundraising efforts, and ensures all financial obligations to the fraternity and partners are met responsibly.
Flavio "Ahri" Vaccaro
Maintains the official records and communications of the chapter. Prepares meeting agendas and minutes, manages documentation and historical archives, distributes notices and correspondence, and ensures accurate recordkeeping for chapter operations and national reporting requirements.
Jonny "Icarus" Reyna Canton
Strengthens unity and engagement among members by coordinating activities that foster connection and collaboration. Plans brotherhood events, encourages interaction between active members and alumni, and works to maintain a positive and supportive chapter environment.
Justin "Esquema" Ciru-Lara
Promotes academic excellence by organizing study programs, workshops, and academic support initiatives. Tracks academic progress, coordinates improvement plans when needed, and supports members in achieving scholastic success while upholding the chapter’s academic standards.
Joey "El Fenyx" Delagarza
Advances cultural education and appreciation by organizing events and initiatives that highlight diverse perspectives and traditions. Promotes awareness within the chapter and campus community while coordinating signature cultural programming aligned with fraternity values.
Matthew "Eryx" Flores
Coordinates service and philanthropic initiatives that benefit the campus and broader community. Organizes volunteer opportunities, tracks service participation, and leads events that promote awareness, support meaningful causes, and uphold the fraternity’s commitment to service.
