If you purchase Unsubscribe Annoying Emails Pro, payments are processed by Apple.
We do not receive or store:
Credit card information
Payment details
Apple ID credentials
Subscription management is handled entirely through Apple.
The App uses the following services:
Google OAuth 2.0 for Gmail authentication
Gmail API to access authorized email header information
Apple In-App Purchases for subscriptions
Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
App data is stored locally on your device.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time from the App's Settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information by:

Unsubscribe Annoying Emails helps users identify Gmail newsletter subscriptions and provides available unsubscribe methods.
The App supports Gmail accounts and may:
Scan email headers
Detect mailing lists
Send unsubscribe requests on your behalf
Create Gmail filters when requested
Organize subscription lists
The App does not guarantee that every sender will honor an unsubscribe request.
You agree to:
Use the App only with Gmail accounts you own or are authorized to access.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period:
subscriptions automatically renew,
payment is charged to your Apple ID account,
renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current subscription ends.
Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through your Apple ID Account Settings.
All App software, design, graphics, logos, and content are owned by the App developer unless otherwise noted.

Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc.
Their trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
uninterrupted availability,
compatibility with future Gmail changes,
successful unsubscribe requests,
uninterrupted access to Google services.
Some mailing lists may continue sending emails despite unsubscribe requests, as this depends on the sender.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:
indirect damages,
data loss,
loss of business,
loss of profits,
interruption of service,
unauthorized account access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
You may stop using the App and disconnect your Gmail account whenever you choose.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective when published with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
