Overview
UnStable is a private yard management app used by a small group of invited users. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
Data we collect
When you use UnStable, we store the following information:
Your name and horse name (as entered by your yard administrator)
Calendar entries you create (appointments, visits, notes)
Your notification preferences
Your device token (for push notifications, if enabled)
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the yard calendar service. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
Data storage
Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the United States. Google's privacy policy applies to data storage — see firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting your yard administrator.
Push notifications
If you enable notifications, your device token is stored to deliver yard messages to your device. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings.
Children's privacy
UnStable is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
