Indigenous Infrastructures, Colonial Occupation and the Flow of Life

These Pueblo leaders traveled to Washington D.C. to challenge the Bursum Bill, which would have opened Pueblo reservation lands to settlers. They defeated it and enlisted John Collier and the American Indian Defense Association to further their political interests.
