Welcome to Unsent Letters, an application operated by Talk or Not.

By using the Unsent Letters app, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

Unsent Letters allows users to anonymously write and share letters that were never sent. The app is intended as a space for personal expression and reflection.

2. Anonymous Use

Unsent Letters is designed to allow users to share messages anonymously.

You agree that:

• You will not attempt to identify other users.

• You will not impersonate others.

You agree not to submit content that is:

4. Flagging Content

Users may flag letters they believe violate these guidelines.

Flagged content may be reviewed and removed at our discretion.

We are not obligated to remove any content but may do so when necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.

5. Deleting Content

Users may delete letters they have created.

Once deleted, content may not be recoverable.

6. No Liability for User Content

Unsent Letters acts only as a platform for users to share content.

Talk or Not does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk or Not shall not be liable for any user-generated content, including:

• Statements made by users

• Emotional impact of reading content

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Talk or Not makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability of the service

• Accuracy of content
